2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

When using mobile applications (games), the Unity engine and integrated services may collect:

• Payment data (bank cards, accounts) — all purchases are processed by app stores (Google Play, App Store)

8.2. App Stores

Our games are distributed through Google Play (Google LLC) and App Store (Apple Inc.). These platforms independently collect and process user data under their own privacy policies. We do not have access to user payment data and are not responsible for data processing by these platforms. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.

8.3. Analytics Services

We may use third-party analytics services:

Free-to-play games may use advertising networks:

The website is hosted by hosting providers who ensure technical operation and are required to maintain data confidentiality.

We do not transfer personal data to other third parties, except as directly required by Russian law (upon request from authorized government agencies).

When using services from Google, Apple, Unity and other international companies, data may be processed on servers outside the Russian Federation. Transfers are made to countries that provide adequate protection of personal data rights, or with user consent (Art. 12, FZ-152).

• Server logs: for a limited time necessary for diagnostics
• Analytics data: in accordance with the policies of the services used
• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn
• Data is deleted as feasible after the retention period expires
