About the game
Magic Paint helps a child master the basics of math. It is designed for preschool and elementary school kids and grew out of an app made for the author’s own child.
The “Triplets” game teaches addition and subtraction within ten: the child gets three digits and two operators and composes the example on their own — and sees what changes when a digit moves.
“Training” covers addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and, since version 2.0, fractions shown as at school — with an apple cut into slices. Results go to a stats page so parents can follow progress. “Colouring” turns solved examples into colours.
